Position: Vending Support Specialist

As a Vending Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' manufacturing process and capabilities. You will effectively install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tool & MRO industrial vending machines located in our customers' manufacturing facilities. While many tasks can be handled remotely, installations, inventory replenishments, and some hands‑on repairs require onsite visits. Travel will be limited to the local area.

Position Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines
• Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating and logging service tickets
• Maintain an accurate inventory for each machine at each customer; remote via machine data and onsite as required
• Communicate with all customer personnel in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Quickly respond to customer demand for replenishment and additional product lines in their VMI programs
• Maintain quality service levels and process efficiencies while providing continuous departmental improvements
• Coordinate with local field sales, sales manager, and VMI manager regarding customer accounts and best practices
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive, sort, and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Assist with other projects and duties as required by the business
• Travel: 20%

Required Experience

• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
