Job summary

Cox Enterprises’ Manheim unit seeks a dedicated vehicle move associate in College Park, GA. You will organize and stage vehicles in the designated move zone, use daily dashboards to guide decisions, and ensure safe, efficient movement in a fast-paced auction environment.

This role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in related work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission. You will support safety initiatives and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years in a related field or equivalent combination.
• Additional degree/certification beyond HS is acceptable.
• 5 years' experience in a related field also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle placement within the designated zone per lot operations leadership.
• Use supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to guide move decisions.
• Pursue safety and efficiency improvements in vehicle movement.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to proper destinations, reducing extra drop points.
• Ensure operable vehicles are serviced or towed as needed.
• Label vehicles for sale and routing to avoid extra labeling by crew leaders.
• Communicate inventory status to crew leaders and managers.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and ensure respectful treatment of all employees.
• Enforce company policies and procedures for employee and customer conduct.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and lead by example.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
