The successful candidate will demonstrate customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment, contributing to service standards and satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers, vendors, and lease representatives.
• Respond to questions regarding account activity, payments, terms, and maintenance.
• Research and resolve customer concerns with timely communication.
• Maintain records and documentation in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Sales, Insurance, Titles, Accounting, and Funding to resolve requests.
