Job summary

McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati is seeking a Vehicle Exchange Associate to help Service customers trade their current vehicles for new or pre-owned options. You will deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships to ensure a smooth exchange experience.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM with no weekends and reports to the Sales Manager. You will inspect trades, present suitable vehicles, negotiate values, and stay current on inventory and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid Driver's License.
