Job summary

The PAC Group in Florida is seeking a Site Leader to oversee daily VAPR installation operations on commercial fleet vehicles. You will supervise installation teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with customer representatives to maintain site performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires 유지 strong knowledge of SOPs, workflow management, and the ability to drive production targets across the installation process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive installation, fleet upfit, vehicle modification, or similar field operations.
• Experience leading field teams of 8–16 technicians.
• Ability to read, understand, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform hands-on technical tasks within the installation process when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of installation teams.
• Ensure adherence to standardized installation procedures (SOPs).
• Assign technicians based on workload, skill level, and production targets.
• Maintain consistent workflow across all installation steps.
• Provide daily reporting on production, quality, and safety metrics.
• Coordinate readiness of tools, materials, and installation kits.
