Job summary

The PAC Group is seeking an Automotive Installation Technician to perform installations on commercial fleet vehicles in a fast-paced deployment environment. You will follow SOPs, ensure quality and safety standards, and report to the Site Leader during the six-week project in Washington, United States.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within defined processes while using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation-related roles.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations on fleet vehicles following approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Execute all installation steps accurately, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain consistent cycle times aligned with production targets.
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely during all installation activities.
