Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support vehicle transaction processing, documentation management, and customer service in a fast-paced accounting environment.

This temporary-to-hire role pays $19–$21 per hour and requires attention to detail and strong communication. Responsibilities include processing purchases, maintaining records, coordinating with lenders and partners, and supporting month-end activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience processing transactions and maintaining records.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to research issues and resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for transaction inquiries and respond to stakeholders.
• Process and record vehicle purchases, wholesales, dealer trades and related transactions.
• Maintain transaction files, title docs, and tracking reports.
• Communicate with lenders, auctions, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Record incoming payments, review aging accounts, and assist with reconciliations.
• Support month-end activities, including account reviews and inventory reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support and maintain archived records.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
