Wheels, Inc. is seeking a Sales Processor in Illinois to handle third-party driver purchaser and auction vehicle sales within KPIs. You will process titles, forms, and client instructions, interacting with response teams and managing the VOR vendor network.

Responsibilities include handling lessee/courtesy sales, researching requests, supervising title inventories, and ensuring accurate billing. A full-time role with a strong emphasis on detail and customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• One to two years of office/customer service experience.
• Excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process sale to completion including client instructions and forms.
• Understand state sale requirements (taxes, titles, forms) for processing.
• Assist Response Center with status, titles, and vehicle sale issues.
• Manage client buyouts and downsizing projects.
• Process dealer purchase programs and salvage titles.
• Collaborate with vendors and ensure timely title retrieval.
• Audit paperwork and fees to ensure accurate client billing.
• Support internal customers professionally.
