Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle titling and registration procedures.
• Familiarity with DMV regulations and automotive dealership operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and dealership management software.
• Experience with Web Dealer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title and registration documents for new and used vehicle sales.
• Submit title applications and related documents to the appropriate state agencies.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all title paperwork.
• Maintain title records and track title status for inventory vehicles.
• Handle electronic and paper title transactions.
• Resolve title discrepancies and communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state regulations.
• Assist accounting and administrative departments with related duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and records.
