Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; 2–5 years relevant experience.
• MS in Engineering with 0–2 years relevant experience.
• 10+ years hands-on relevant experience.
• Motorsports, watercraft, or off-road vehicle background.
• CAD proficiency.

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute evaluations of prototype vehicles, components, or systems.
• Develop evaluations based on guidance from engineers or analysis of failed components.
• Analyze, document, and communicate test results through reports and presentations.
• Identify performance issues and propose countermeasures based on test results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for evaluations and results.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
