Job summary

Honda of Danbury, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a knowledgeable and friendly Product Specialist to help customers with vehicle technology questions by email, phone and in person, ensuring owners get the most from their vehicles. You will demonstrate features, recommend solutions, and provide a world-class car-buying experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are preferred, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related retail experience required.
• Experience in dealership environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with vehicle technology questions by email, phone, and in person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of vehicles to customers and tailor recommendations.
