Job summary

MatchPoint is seeking a System Integration engineer to contribute to system integration and testing for the next generation vehicle controller and software platform. The role focuses on integrating ECUs on a system bench, flashing software, and running tests to verify Ethernet, CAN, and LIN communications across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering/vehicle network development and industrialization, sub-system level.
• Solid knowledge of E/E architecture and vehicle networks; LIN ISO 17987-1 and CAN ISO 11898-1.
• Basic knowledge of Ethernet (OA TC8) and SOME/IP protocol.
• Good understanding of automotive testing standards for distributed systems (ISTQB).
• Knowledge of agile test methods, tools and automation (Doors Next Generation, IBM RTC, Jira).
• Experience with Python, CAPL, C, and C++ in coding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the system of ECUs on a system bench and ensure co-functionality as a single system.
• Flash ECU software and run test suites to verify Ethernet, CAN, and LIN communications.
• Develop test cases and automate execution on CI pipelines; analyze results and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with SW design and architecture teams throughout the development lifecycle.
