Job summary

PACCAR Parts is seeking a Customer Center Specialist to deliver outstanding service by identifying and deploying the best resource for each customer need. You will coordinate emergency road service through our network, driving business to dealers, and supporting daily drivers and the broader supply chain.

Key responsibilities include resource deployment, progress updates, incident documentation, CRM usage, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing (preferred).
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations.
• Reasonable mechanical aptitude; truck knowledge a plus but not required.
• Strong PC capabilities and problem solving.
• Good organizational skills with prioritization.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, French or Punjabi) a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine and deploy the appropriate service resource.
• Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Document details of each activity associated with each incident.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure actions are pursued for customers.
• Establish and assure method of payment.
• Provide feedback to dealers, customers, and PACCAR entities per procedure.
• Provide non-emergency service scheduling for trucks and support for maintenance customers.
