Job summary

Northwest Ambulance is seeking detail-oriented team members for our Support Services department. The role focuses on supply & inventory management and ensuring fleet readiness for emergency response.

You will coordinate uniforms, maintain stock records, monitor levels, inspect shipments, and support staff with procurement and compliance. Ideal candidates have strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with experience in inventory software and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management software desirable.
• Valid driver's license held for minimum 2 years.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Procure uniforms and supplies and manage procurement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels and anticipate needs; process inventory requests.
• Coordinate with vendors; negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; distribute supplies to field staff.
• Perform periodic audits and implement inventory control procedures.
• Provide training and support on supply management to staff.
• Inspect and maintain ambulances and medical equipment; stock with supplies; oversee vehicle readiness.
• Communicate status of equipment and ambulances to supervisor; track maintenance and repairs.
• Comply with company, county, and industry regulations.
