Job summary

Northwest Ambulance is seeking a Vehicle Supply Technician to manage and maintain inventory of medical and emergency supplies for our ambulance fleet. You will ensure vehicles are stocked and ready to respond to emergencies, leveraging strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include stocking ambulances, inspecting equipment, maintaining gurneys and gear, organizing the stockroom, and coordinating with logistics to track status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1 year experience in related field.
• Familiarity with medical supplies is desirable.
• Background check and drug screening during onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wash ambulances, interior and exterior.
• Stock ambulances with medical supplies and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment.
• Maintain and clean gurneys, CCT, and bariatric equipment.
• Organize and ensure cleanliness of stockroom.
• Perform light maintenance and vehicle checks.
• Refuel ambulances and monitor fuel levels.
• Communicate with logistics supervisor/manager about status.
• Deliver supplies weighing up to 75 pounds to deployment stations.
• Inventory management and inventory requests.
• Transport ambulances, take to oil changes.
