Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the procurement of uniforms and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of the stockroom.
• Monitor supply levels, anticipate future needs, and complete inventory requests.
• Collaborate with vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Distribute and deliver supplies and equipment to field staff, departments, and deployment stations.
• Conduct periodic audits and develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff regarding supply management.
• Clean and wash ambulances, interior and exterior.
• Stock ambulances with medical supplies and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain medical equipment, gurneys, CCT, and Bariatric equipment, ensuring proper function.
• Perform light maintenance such as replacing bulbs and conducting tire and fluid checks.
• Refuel ambulances, monitor fuel levels, and take vehicles for oil changes.
• Transport ambulances and assist operations with various tasks and errands as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the logistics supervisor/manager regarding ambulance and equipment status.
• Track and manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain compliance with applicable company, county, and industry regulations and standards.
