Your role includes documenting concerns, creating repair orders, updating customers on vehicle status, and assisting with billing, payments, and smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with professionalism and empathy.

• Review completed work for accuracy and prepare invoices.
• Process service payments and manage cash transactions.
• Coordinate workflow to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
