This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be part of a high-energy service team, helping customers both in person and over the phone, recommending services, managing repairs, and creating great experiences from start to finish. No experience? No problem! We provide full training for motivated, detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and guide them through the service process

Clearly explain recommended services and repairs

Work with technicians to ensure smooth service workflow

Schedule appointments and answer service-related questions

Maintain accurate records in the CDK system (training provided)

Ensure every customer leaves confident and satisfied

What You Bring:

Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

Basic computer skills; we’ll train you on our systems

High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus

Willingness to learn and grow

Solid work history and references

Must pass a background check
