Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES in Michigan is seeking a Body Sealing Engineer to lead development and evaluation of static and dynamic sealing components and systems for vehicle design. You will collaborate across internal teams and with suppliers to meet performance, cost, mass and manufacturability targets while delivering robust cabin sealing solutions.

Ideal candidates hold an ABET‑accredited Mechanical Engineering degree and have 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 5+ years of vehicle design experience related to static and dynamic sealing.
• Knowledge of design considerations for robust cabin sealing performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability and desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of an energetic team challenging vehicle design.
• Responsible for the development of sealing components and systems.
• Develop and implement functional objectives to meet project performance targets.
• Manage all aspects of sealing components and systems to meet project requirements including performance, cost, mass, timing, manufacturability.
• Lead collaboration between internal/external teams and suppliers to meet all project requirements.
