Job summary

Detroit Engineered Products is seeking an energetic Body Sealing Engineer to join our growing team. You will develop and evaluate static and dynamic sealing components across the organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet performance, cost, mass, and manufacturability targets while leading design improvements for cabin sealing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 5+ years of vehicle design experience related to static and dynamic sealing.
• Knowledge of design considerations required for robust cabin sealing performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability and desire to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
