Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years or more 2-5 years experience in customer service with issues resolution required.
• Two (2) years or more Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory using aggressive telephone marketing skills.
• Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention and stay current on market trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management.
• Support Vehicle Sales Managers in achieving sales quotas and location goals.
