Ryder System, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Rental Management Trainee to complete an 18- to 24-month training program across Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales/Marketing.

You will support location and regional management with hands-on operational and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes relationship building, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to learn about rental, lease, and vehicle sales processes while growing within a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• One year or more of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate (intermediate).

Mansioni

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile customer concerns and disputes to grow the customer base.
