Ally Bank is seeking a Remarketing Specialist to provide quality customer service while handling administrative tasks related to vehicle remarketing for returns. You will work with customers, auto dealerships, vendors and financial institutions on retail and lease accounts to manage daily workload in a team setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy in data handling, and adherence to processes.

Formación

• 0+ years of experience.
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Call Center experience strongly desired, preferably in financial services.
• Oral and written communication skills sufficient for routine information.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Ability to judge guideline applicability in routine situations.

Responsabilidades

• Supports strategies to minimize net credit losses by maximizing dollars recovered from written-off accounts.
• Assists with on-boarding new vendors and organizing information for RFPs.
• Delivers improvements in expenses and productivity year over year.
• Builds peer-to-peer relationships to meet operational needs.
• Communicates effectively with outside vendors to provide routine customer service.
• Supports quality, control and compliance programs including self-assessment.
• Performs data entry, system coding, and inventory reconciliations.
• Responds promptly to vendor requests as needed.
