Responsibilities

• Communicate and solve problems with dispatch staff and drivers.
• Drive approximately 60% of the time; may require long drives.
• Move and deliver vehicles; ensure driver documents are complete and imaged.
• Assist with driver funds payments and loading.
• Verify delivery points and confirm routes with staff.
• Provide phone coverage and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Follow and update departmental checklists and order systems.
• Assign drivers to loads and maintain professional interactions.
