Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong logistic and geographic skills.
• Proven ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service delivery and problem-solving.
• Accurate typing.
• Database skills including queries and sorting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and solve problems with dispatch staff and drivers.
• Driving approximately 60% of the time.
• Move and deliver vehicles as needed.
• Ensure driver documents are complete and imaged.
• Assist with payment and loading of driver funds.
• Coordinate with delivery points and staff by phone.
• Provide phone coverage and route calls.
• Follow departmental checklists and procedures.
• Complete and update order system work assignments accurately.
• Interact professionally with drivers and staff.
• Assign drivers to loads and loads to drivers.
• Foster a team-oriented environment and prioritize safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
