Job summary

Carvana is hiring a Line Lead to supervise an Inspection Center team of hourly associates. You will drive production targets, ensure quality standards, and coach team members to improve performance and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with leadership, and resolve issues to maintain efficient inventory handling and vehicle readiness. Previous reconditioning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers and basic software.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with reconditioning processes and lean principles.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center.
• Meet production and quality targets and oversee daily activities.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback and performance management.
• Ensure safety, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
• Identify defects and guide repairs or rejection decisions with cost awareness.
• Communicate expectations and performance metrics to the team.
