Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe movement of vehicles and achievement of production and quality goals. You will coach the team, monitor performance, and collaborate with the General Manager to decide repairs based on cost and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the team; identify strengths/weaknesses; implement improvements.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Train team on Quality Control standards and minimize re-checks.
