iPull-uPull Auto Parts is hiring a Vehicle Purchasing / Customer Service Specialist in Stockton, CA. The role combines answering phones, obtaining price quotes from the car buyer, and facilitating vehicle purchases while ensuring company policies are followed.

The candidate should be friendly, detail-oriented and customer-focused, with basic automotive parts knowledge and ability to lift 50 lbs. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet usage.
• Proven cashier experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift tires and batteries up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Ability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service and data entry experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Drug and background test required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls promptly with high service standards.
• Enter data into computer systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the car buyer to secure best deals for company and customers.
• Mark tire/wheel sets upon car receipt to identify resale opportunities.
• Work as part of a team to achieve company goals.
• Maintain high integrity in all duties.
• Work hours as scheduled and as needed.
• Be a team player to reach targets.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
