Schedule

Thursday Monday, 10 am to 6:30 pm. Weekends are mandatory. The schedule may change due to business needs.

Job Summary

The Vehicle Purchasing / Customer Service Specialist will answer phones, secure a price from their store's car buyer, and help facilitate the car's purchase. The Vehicle Purchasing / Customer Service Specialist will receive all vehicles in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be friendly and confident, with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. This position requires basic automotive parts knowledge and the ability to lift 50 lbs when needed. Knowledge and experience working as a cashier are required. This position is full-time and includes weekend work. A bilingual candidate (Spanish) is desired.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure customers' calls are answered in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure all data is entered into the appropriate computer systems to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Work with the store's car buyer to obtain the best deal for the company and the customer.
• Mark the tire and wheel sets upon receiving the car to identify the best sets for resale.
• Work as a team to achieve team and company goals.
• Maintain a high level of integrity.
• Work hours as scheduled.

Job Conditions
