Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking a detail-oriented Associate, Ordering to manage the stock ordering fulfillment process. You will issue purchase orders, verify dealer invoices, and initiate MSO processes, while setting up new dealers and collecting W9 and ACH details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 to 2 years business experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or comparable software.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to legally work in the country of hire.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order management.
• Issue purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing.
• Manage receipt of MSO's from dealers to ensure timely initiation of MSO process.
• Communicate with dealers for post payment activities including requesting MSO, confirming delivery, and validating payment details.
• Complete new dealer set up.
• Gather required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information.
