ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their Fleet Operations team in Austin, TX. The role supervises Vehicle Operators, coaches/direct reports, and coordinates schedules to keep daily operations safe and efficient.

You will work hands-on, mentor the team, and partner with leadership to hit operational goals and support mission success.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and an active AVT permit.
• Previous leadership, training, coaching, or team lead experience in an operations environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, safety‑focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations organization supporting Vehicle Operators and cross-functional operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $36/hr.
