Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in autonomous vehicle operations, training, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop learners.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment while improving operational efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time and adjust schedules to support training events as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Training Department supporting operators, mentors, training supervisors, and project managers . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , a collaborative mindset , and excellent problem-solving abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer

Location: Austin, TX, 78741

Pay Range: $33/HR.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)
