Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II (Manheim)

  • Perform data entry of charges that need to be applied to a vehicle before it sells and verify that information is accurately recorded.
  • Maintain documentation and verify invoices to ensure the correct amount on work orders matches actual invoice costs.
  • Respond to department inquiries regarding the status of parts and vehicle repairs, providing quality service and assisting in problem resolution.
  • Communicate daily with departments and management to ensure all information is received and posted before a sale.
  • Maintain current knowledge of account contracts related to posting.
  • Record payroll information for shop employees.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures, modeling safety behaviors, and actively participating in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • May be required to work overtime based on business needs.
Job Duties
  • Perform data entry of charges and verify accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation and verify invoices.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide quality service.
  • Communicate with departments and management daily.
  • Submit estimates via email to appropriate accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge of account contracts.
  • Record payroll information.
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Shift
  • Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills required.
  • Basic computer skills necessary.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Good leadership skills; ability to motivate and lead others.
  • Self-managed and proactive.
  • Medium strength: ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Physical activities may include stooping, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, walking, and reaching.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Repetitive data entry and manual dexterity required.
  • Vision abilities include close, distance, and depth perception.

USD 16.15 - 24.23 per hour

Compensation

The hourly base pay rate is $16.15 - $24.23, potentially varying based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include commissions or incentive programs.

Benefits

Employees receive at least 16 hours of paid time off monthly, seven paid holidays, and additional leave options such as bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.
