AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA seeks an Learning Experience Design & AI Lead to craft immersive, AI-powered, learner-centered experiences that tie to measurable business outcomes and workforce transformation.

You will act as an internal consultant, guide the learning design team, and leverage analytics to continually optimize learning impact and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR/Business Admin or equivalent combination with experience in enterprise learning design.
• 4–6 years of experience designing enterprise learning solutions.
• 1–3 years applying AI tools to learning design or content development (preferred).
• Knowledge of modern learning experience design (LxD) and emerging technologies and their impact on workforce skills (high).
• Strong ability to design end-to-end learning experiences including role-based journeys and performance support (high).
• Ability to leverage generative AI to create, personalize, and scale learning content (high).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing in a matrixed environment (high).
• Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate, Vyond, Adobe) and MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, InfoPath) (medium).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects (high).

Responsibilities

• Design immersive, AI-enabled, learner-centered experiences with adaptive journeys and simulations.
• Serve as an internal consultant, lead workshops, and coach designers on AI-enabled development practices.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve experiences using analytics and experimentation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and advise on responsible use in learning design.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where experiential learning accelerates skill development.
