Job summary

Vac-Con, Inc. seeks a Vehicle Network Specialist in Green Cove Springs, FL to diagnose and repair CAN bus and controller networks across Vac-Con/Vector products. The technician will document work, complete service orders, and support customer satisfaction with clear communication.

The role requires deep CAN BUS knowledge, ability to read schematics, operate testing tools, and work independently or in a team, with potential assembly tasks and limited-service operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 3-5 Years.
• Certifications: ISO 11898-2 (Preferred).
• Ability to diagnose and repair various mechanical, hydraulic, water, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational deficiencies across all Vac-Con/Vector models.
• Identify materials, parts and supplies needed to complete a repair and operate Vac-Con/Vector products.
• Deep understanding of CAN BUS protocols, multiplexing architecture, and reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Test, troubleshoot and repair CAN bus lines, multiplex systems, and electronic control modules using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and scan tools.
