Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to perform advanced auto diagnostics and repairs while guiding shop personnel. You’ll tackle brake, drivability, steering, suspension, electrical, AC, and engine work with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work with standard, automatic and electric vehicles. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform level 1–3 auto tech duties and lead tech guidance.
• Complete repairs across brakes, drivability, steering, suspension, electrical, safety inspections, AC and engine.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and complete repairs.
• Replace clutch and transmissions.
• Coach and train junior technicians as needed.
• Perform quality checks and ensure safety standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and workflow.
