Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 7+ years in reconditioning, lot ops, body shop, or similar.
• At least 1 year in a management or lead role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 1–30 pounds; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct supervisors, teams, and staff.
• Ensure systems meet factory standards and customer expectations.
• Direct technicians in quality maintenance and repair work to satisfy customers.
