Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience, or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to operate vehicles with different transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle placement within the designated zone or move area per lot operations standards.
• Use supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make move decisions and stage assigned zones.
• Drive continuous safety and efficiency improvements in vehicle movement.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to proper work destinations to reduce drops and empty loads.
• Confirm operability of vehicles and engage service/towing when inoperable.
• Label vehicles for sale and routing to maintain accurate movements.
• Communicate inventory status and set priorities with crew leaders and managers.
• Demonstrate Cox/Manheim values and respectful conduct for all employees.
• Implement company policies on employee and customer conduct.
• Model safety commitments and follow health procedures; overtime may be required.
