Cox Automotive Inc. in Manheim, PA is seeking a team-oriented vehicle flow associate to coordinate the movement of vehicles through the auction lane, stage zones, and loading areas.

You will follow safety procedures, use dashboards to guide moves, and collaborate with crew leaders to prioritize inventory while maintaining accurate labeling. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to drive standard and automatic.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (tires, jump-starts, etc.).
• Prior driving/auction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle placements within designated zones.
• Use supervisor dashboards to decide move priorities for zones.
• Promote safety and efficiency in vehicle movement in the site area.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to routes to avoid incomplete loads.
• Confirm operability; coordinate with service/towing for inoperable vehicles.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to streamline transport.
• Communicate status of inventory with crew leaders and managers.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and uphold company policies.
• Follow safety protocols and demonstrate health and safety behaviors.
• Perform other assignments as needed; overtime may be required.
