Job summary

Suburban Automotive Services is seeking a Lot Coordinator to manage the intake and inspection of new vehicles, maintain accurate inventory, and prepare loads for carriers and auctions. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will also move vehicles to the auction lot, assist with shipping preparations, and uphold our DRIVEN values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Windows operations.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Disciplined and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive new vehicles and document their entry.
• Inspect new vehicles for any damage.
• Update and maintain vehicle inventory records.
• Create auction loads for carriers.
• Prepare vehicles for shipment to auctions; ensure proper loading.
• Move used vehicles to the auction lot as needed.
• Uphold DRIVEN values and support SAS mission and vision.
