Kyyba is seeking a Service Parts Analyst to manage the setup, release, and identification of service parts across multiple vehicle programs. The role works closely with engineering, suppliers, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness for vehicle launches.

The position requires experience in automotive parts, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with BOMs and MS Excel. A collaborative team environment and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in automotive service parts or as automotive technician.
• Proficient with Windows, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and release service parts to support vehicle launch timing.
• Manage a high volume of part setups annually (8,000–10,000 new part setups per year).
• Coordinate service parts release activities within the SBOM system.
• Support vehicle launch programs and ensure adherence to project timelines and KPIs.
• Manage service part updates related to platform variants and model variations; MCAs and carryovers.
