Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage and order replacement parts, monitor deliveries, and verify parts are correctly matched to repair orders. The role requires attention to detail, a valid driver’s license, and experience in automotive parts.

You will work with Repair Planners, vendors, and technicians to ensure timely, accurate parts availability. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software (CCC One or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage and order all parts for repairs; communicate with vendors and align with Repair Planners.
• Monitor part deliveries and update status with vendors and Repair Planner.
• Receive and check in parts; mirror match to repair orders and ensure parts are on the cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of expected drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor promptly.
• Track KPIs for parts, credits, inventory, and spend; report to General Manager as needed.
• Coordinate parts invoicing; ensure daily posting in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and stay updated on parts regulations.
