Our client in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an Automotive Quality Analyst (Vehicle Systems) to support launch readiness and transition to quality volume production. You will interpret part dimensional data and present results via Excel and PowerPoint to leadership.

The role emphasizes geometric quality convergence across the Body, Chassis, Interior team, with cross-functional collaboration to meet BCI KPIs.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 3–5 years in automotive Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, or Product Quality
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and the Supplier Quality Manual
• Statistical data analysis and metrology principles, including Root Cause Analysis

Responsibilities

• Validate product and process design and assembly at geometric level of scope entrusted
• Develop the geometric monitoring plan at the assembly line
• Converge geometric quality during the industrialization phase prior to volume production
• Report quality issues and coordinate with design, part conformity, and manufacturing
• Conduct analyses to identify quality optimization solutions and pilots; facilitate communication to ensure conformity to BCI KPIs
• Communicate findings via Excel and PowerPoint to stakeholders
