Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Business Administrative experience required, preferably Analyst experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of shared services processes and procedures.
• Process daily upload files to partners regarding vehicle flooring and lien payoffs.
• Update daily volume for Home Office departments and assist with reconciliations.
• Provide data summaries and prepare reports for management.
• Support monthly performance dashboard reporting and special projects.
