Qualifications

• High accuracy data entry and data integrity are essential.
• Ability to review, validate, and process inventory transactions and related documentation.
• Experience reconciling, validating, or analyzing information across multiple sources.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records using multiple systems, databases, and manufacturer platforms.
• Review, validate, and process inventory transactions, flooring payoffs, and related documentation.
• Manage assigned store inventories, work queues, and requests while ensuring accurate data entry.
• Research discrepancies, correct errors, and verify information across multiple sources.
• Pull, create, and post invoices for new vehicle inventory while maintaining data integrity.
• Monitor inventory notices and communicate issues and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and support inventory operations.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
