Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Driveway Inventory Specialist in Medford, OR. You will process vehicle inventory transactions, post entries, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems, while supporting equity payments and lien payoff processing.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel proficiency, and the ability to review large data volumes. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within Lithia’sDriveway network.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative, operations, accounting support, or data-processing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle inventory transactions and post accounting entries for purchases submitted by Driveway hub locations.
• Review, verify, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records across multiple systems.
• Process daily customer equity payments, including ACH and check requests.
• Manage lien payoff transactions and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support reporting and operational decision-making.
• Perform quality audits to identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and improve data accuracy.
• Research and reconcile exceptions while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
