Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking personnel to accurately input vehicle information into AS400, capturing VIN, stock and dealer details upon receipt at the Auction. You will also photograph vehicles and ensure proper labeling and routing while coordinating with transporters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and climb.
• Vision abilities including color vision and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle data into AS400 using handheld device or relay to data entry for each vehicle.
• Record VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, options.
• Affix barcode/stock stickers and place work order numbers on vehicles.
• Direct transporters to drop zones; report any damage.
• Take digital photos of vehicles upon receipt.
• Ensure safety procedures and support Safety Excellence.
• Assist on sale days by driving vehicles through lanes.
