ADESA is seeking a Vehicle Inspector to support customers by inspecting vehicles for condition, wear, and damage. You will upload results and interact professionally with dealers and consumers as the face of ADESA and its businesses.

The role requires data entry on handheld devices, attention to safety, and collaboration with the sales team to address customer needs. Training and equipment will be provided for efficient inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a professional manner with customers (dealer or consumer).
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, neglect, damage, or prior repairs.
• Complete vehicle inspections promptly with imaging and data upload.
• Capture data on a mobile device and use available software.
• Submit completed condition reports using provided technology.
• Keep vehicles clean and in proper condition for inspection.
