Qualifications

• Capture data on mobile devices and upload results promptly.
• Interact professionally with dealers and consumers as the face of ADESA.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers (dealer or consumer).
• Resolve inquiries in a courteous and professional manner; inform management of complaints.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous attention to customers.
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or prior repairs.
• Complete inspections according to defined programs and upload reports.
• Capture data accurately on mobile devices and use available software.
• Deliver results in a timely manner and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with Manager and sales team to meet customer needs.
• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and properly arranged as received.
