Job summary

ADESA is hiring a Vehicle Inspector to support customers by inspecting vehicles for condition, wear, tear, neglect, and damage. You will perform prompt and accurate inspections, including imaging and uploading reports, and interact professionally with dealers and consumers as the face of ADESA.

Role requires data capture on mobile devices and adherence to inspection programs. Prior automotive experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers (dealers or consumers).
• Resolve inquiries in a friendly, courteous manner; inform management of complaints.
• Ensure prompt, courteous attention to internal and external customers.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, damage, or previous repairs.
• Complete vehicle inspections and adhere to defined program for customers.
• Capture data on mobile devices using available software.
